By using KMARU’s online and mobile Sites, Services and Products, users agree that KMARU may collect aggregate information, individual information, and personally identifiable information, as defined below. KMARU may share aggregate information and individual information with other parties. KMARU shall not share personally identifiable information with other parties, except as described in the policy below.
“Aggregate information” is information that describes the habits, usage patterns, and demographics of users as a group but does not describe or reveal the identity of any particular user.
“Individual information” is information about a user that is presented in a form distinguishable from information relating to other users but not in a form that personally identifies any user or enables the recipient to communicate directly with any user unless agreed to by the user in advance of such communication. This information may be used to improve KMARU’s products and online sites, for internal marketing studies, or simply to collect demographic information about KMARU’s users.

INFORMATION COLLECTED BY COOKIES AND IP
An Internet protocol (IP) address is the unique number assigned to your server or Internet Service Provider (ISP). KMARU may track such IP addresses for system administration, to report aggregate information, site tracking, security purposes, or to prevent our servers from being abused.
INFORMATION COLLECTED BY OTHER USERS AND THIRD PARTIES
User information may be collected from other sources such as other users and third party information providers (primarily third party Social Networking Services). This information may include, but not limited to, User identifiable personal information such as name, email address, email contacts and photographs.

The personal information you provide KMARU will allow us to fulfill your product or service order; alert the users of new products or services, features, or enhancements; handle/route your customer service or technical support questions or issues; and/or notify you of upgrade opportunities, contests, promotions, or special events and offers. KMARU may enhance or merge the personal information collected at a KMARU websites, services, or Application with data from third parties. KMARU may also provide your personal information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with KMARU or other affiliated companies. In such cases, KMARU will notify the users that the information will be shared and provide you with an opportunity to opt-out.
The provided information is primarily used on the alert and notification activities happening in our Services. KMARU may also use your personal information for internal marketing, profiling, or demographic purposes, so KMARU can adapt the products and services to better suit your needs. KMARU does this to better understand and serve KMARU’s users.
SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
KMARU may need to disclose your personal information to third party vendors to fulfill product orders or prizes, to process mailings, or to process, analyze, and/or store data. Our services may provide with communications features. These features will be provided in the form of, but not limited to, forum, message board, personal messaging, voice mail, leaderboard, news service, picture gallery. We may record and store archives of any communication activities done on or via our services for the purpose to protect us and our users rights and properties.
FIND A FRIEND
Our services may give an option of finding friends, allowing Users to find their friend or friends that may or may not be registered with our Services. Friend finding option will include, but is not limited to, searching our Networks, scanning the S/W & H/W device of the user, and scanning Social Network Service (such as Facebook) contacts. Friend or friends of the User may be added through the third party service. Accepting feature leads the user to be bound by the terms of the third party services.
CORRECTING OR DELETING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
If for any reason you are concerned with the way we are using your personal information, or would like to correct or delete your personal information, you may correct and/or delete them in the “SETTING” page or by e-mail once logged in. Please note that deleting personal information will lead to the termination of your account and applicable services.
USERS RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The user must ensure that the personal information he/she has provided to us is accurate and up to date in order to prevent problems. If it is found that the user’s personal information is defective or inaccurate in any way, the user shall assume the responsibility of all loss and damages caused by that defectiveness or inaccuracy. If it is found that the personal information listed by any user is false, the user’s account may be seized temporarily or permanently.
The user has the right to have his/her information be protected; however, at the same time he/she has the obligations to protect his/her own information and not to violate others’ personal information. Be careful with your personal information as well as your password and try not to violate others’ rights to privacy including messages privately sent. If you fail to uphold this obligation to protect your own and other’s personal information and dignity, you may be punished through internal or legal means.
STORAGE AND SECURITY OF INFORMATION
KMARU takes precautions to protect its users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via our Sites or Services, that information is protected both online and offline. We have established and maintain reasonable security procedures to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of your personal information. We use encryption, (SSL or SET), and other technical measures (such as off-site backup, security testing, and password protection), and we implement offline efforts to further protect this information, including limiting employee access to personal information and updating our employees regarding our security practices and privacy policies. Please recognize, however, that “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We take children’s privacy seriously and encourage parents to play an active role in their children’s online experience at all times. Children under the age of thirteen years old should not attempt to open an account or otherwise access this Site or Service, including playing any Applications
Users outside of the Republic of Korea must know that by providing information to KMARU, you are voluntarily transferring your information to Republic of Korea.
